Veyon não abre o painel master

Ele aparece nessa tela pedindo o logon e senha que eu não sei quais são. Já reinstalei e nada, tentei de tudo e não muda, alguém poderia me ajudar?

Veyon uses system and/or domain users so simply log in with your teacher account (which in case of local users should exist on student computers as well). If you don't have domain users, consider using the key file authentication method. See https://docs.veyon.io/en/latest/admin/configuration.html#authentication-methods for more information and a comparison of both methods.
