not authenticate

Configuring access: authentication method using an access key
When I try to connect to another computer, I get an error:
User xxx on node xxx tried to access this computer but could not authenticate
Tell me how to solve this problem?

P.S.
I ran a test.
If the computers are not in the domain, then passkey authentication works.
But if both computers are in the domain then passkey authentication does not work.

Passkey authentication cannot be used on a domain?
