Veyon on Chromebooks?

Can Veyon be installed on Chromebooks?
These Chromebooks are all Wifi connected, Where would a Master be installed?
Our school district is moving entirely to these--some have touchscreens--and is likely to remove desktops (our Elementary school installed Veyon on these and Veyon really helped shape student behaviour positively)

Does the chromebooks have Linux (beta)? Or blocked by admins?
