keys don't work in remote control

Hello, for earlier sorry for my broken English. I work as a school teacher. I installed the program on computers and when I connect from the main computer in Remote Control mode, then pressing keys on my computer does not work for the student. what to do?! Thank you for your answers

Can you check whether you are in remote control mode, i.e. the "Send shortcut" button is visible? The remote control/view button logic may be somewhat confusing and needs to be improved.
