Restrict staff controlling multiple rooms at once. Track down who is controlling which rooms.

Hi,

We're trying to figure out if there is a way to restrict staff controlling multiple rooms of PCs at once.

We're a large environment where staff use their staff laptops on a different subnet to the rooms. The populated list in Veyon allows staff to control multiple rooms at once simply selecting all the check boxes. Can this be restricted?

Linked to this, In the scenario where by a staff member is controlling the wrong room (this happens more than you would think) is there a way to track down who is controlling which rooms at a given time?

You can try to set up https://docs.veyon.io/en/latest/admin/access-control-rules.html and play with the conditions regarding computer locations. This way you can prevent users easily from accessing computers at a different location (room).
