Remote Control freezes after 2 seconds of use

Hello, im trying to remote control the first computer that i set up as slave and it connects perfect, but, when i want to control it by remote, it freeze after 2 or 3 seconds of use, i dont know if it have to do with the configs that i set up in the general tab in the Veyon Configurator, but in the update interval does not let me set it at less of 10 Sg

I just realized in the slave computer that was a problem with the Anti-virtus that didn't gave all the permissions to use the computer!
