Unable to connect Master with Clients

After installing the master and client programs and matching keys on teacher and student computers, I have been unable to connect and view or control the clients in my lab. I connected clients with IP addresses.

I am running Veyon version 4.1.2, and OS Windows 10 on all PCs.

The YouTube videos were very useful in installing both master and client. The keys match, and I have tried new sets of keys multiple times. The message I receive on the client computers when attempting to connect is an Authentication error. "User "Admin" at host "::ffff.10.20.---.000" attempted to access this computer but could not authenticate successfully!"

I could definitely use some strategies to try.

I have the same problem, I can not connect to customers, sell the same message, someone has found a solution.

Hi, really i've had no probs with 4.1.7 and 30 pc with win10
Are you sure in the General tab of the configurator there is the connection through key file ? It is not the default
