    Hi,

I've followed the documentation to enable dual monitor support however I am still unable to view the clients second monitor, only the first monitor shows when trying to view the desktop, any suggestions?

Is there a special combination of keys to press to switch to their second monitor?

My admin machine only has a single monitor if that makes any difference?

    Thanks for any help.

      Hi @fred123
which operating system and which version of Veyon are you running? Did you enable dual monitor support client-side?

I suspect there's an issue with the new desktop duplication engine. You can try to stop the service, remove ddengine.dll / ddengine64.dll and restart the computer. Are you able to see the second screen of this client afterwards?
