A new patch release is available for the stable Veyon 4.2.x series. It includes important bug fixes in the Veyon Master application and other minor improvements:
- Master: fix filter functionality to show powered on computers only
- Master: store metadata in screenshot image files
- Master: fix broken screenshot feature in case a username contains special characters
- Master: allow keyboard navigation in screenshot list
- Master: show authentication key file error when using key file authentication only
- Master: allow to disable subfeatures such as advanced power down options
- Configurator: fix start as non-administrator on Windows
- Linux: fix crash in Veyon Authentication Helper
- Windows: add manifest files to application files to improve compatibility
- General: fix broken dynamic texts when using Italian translation
