Microsoft 365 connection

We ar working completly cloudbased with Azure and Intune
Is there a way to use Veyon with 365 credentials?

we do not yet have any experiences with the services mentioned so I can't give you a reasonable answer. You can try if the logon dialog accepts your credentials. If so, everything is fine. If not you should consider using the key file authentication, see http://docs.veyon.io/en/latest/admin/configuration.html#authentication for details.
