Launch .bat file on student commputer

Hello everybody,
I would like to know if it is possible to launch a .bat file with administrator rights using "execute program" button?

Or .exe file (but still with administrator rights)?

The "Run program" feature will always run programs with the privileges of the logged on user. If an administrator is logged on, your files will be launched with administrative privileges. If no user is logged on, for security reasons Veyon refuses to run a program at all.
