Problem with client

I have the client installed in ubunto 20.04 and the master in windows 10.
It happens to me that sometimes the clients appear in the veyon master and other times they don't.
However, when you enter through the administrator account if you see it, or when you access from the student account and restart the veyon service.
I already checked the firewall and it is disabled, in addition the veyon service is on.
How can I solve it?
