GUI for AD integration?

I would like to know if there will be a GUI for integration with AD at some point?
It would be so much easier if you could select OUs or individual computers to be added to the teacher's computer directly from the domain in this GUI. Would something like that be feasible?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
