Retrieve files from client(s) to master

I miss the feature of being able to retrieve files from a client to master.

Am I the only one? Will it be implemented at some point?

Indeed this feature is not implemented at the moment. It's on our roadmap with a medium priority, so unfortunately I can't tell when it will be available. Of course we're always happy about developers who are willing to contribute an implementation

Hello. I am a computer teacher. I manage a total of 15 different laboratories with veyon. Everything looks great so far but I have 2 problems.

1- I can't access computers with mac address. I can only access by ip address

2- I can send files to all computers, but I cannot collect files from all computers as in Netsupport. How can I do that ? The only difference between the netsupport veyon is the feature. When is this feature?
