Keyboard issue with @ symbol in versions 4.9.x

I'm new to the forum. I wanted to inform you that the latest versions 4.9.x have keyboard encoding problems, probably with the @ symbol. For example, when I access the user workstation to install a program, it asks me for the administrator password. My administrator password contains the @ symbol, but the system gives a "password incorrect" error. However, if I use the on-screen keyboard, it works. I installed version 4.8.5 and it doesn't have any problems.

I have noticed the same thing. Also, when you copy and past the "@" symbol everything works as well. The program adds an extra, unseen character before the "@".
