Veyon 4.1.2

A patch release is available for the Veyon 4.1 series which contains important bug fixes and some minor improvements:

• Fix unreliable connections to clients (i.e. frequent disconnects)
• Allow smaller update intervals for thumbnails
• Improve HighDPI support and drop HighDPI scaling
• Add /NoStartMenuFolder option to NSIS installer
• Update builtin UltraVNC server with improved DeskDupEngine support and bug fixes for missing screen updates without DeskDupEngine
• Update translations
• Update OpenSSL library to 1.1.0i
• Update libpng library to 1.6.35
• Update Qt5 library to 5.9.7 snapshot
