Is it possible to use a repeater (like http://www.ultravnc.fr/addons/repeater.html) for remote networks ?

While not a direct answer to your question, I was able to use ZeroTier (https://www.zerotier.com/) with Veyon for remote networks and computers.

In my case the clients were mobile, so I just installed the ZeroTier client on each of them, and set Veyon to point at the ZeroTier IP address of each client.
