<![CDATA[[BUG?] new 4.10.2 can't start website, transfer file, nor start application]]>Basically, lock, shutdown, reboot, work as expected.
openning apps, websites, and transferring files don't.

I use Windows 10 in all the pcs.

Note: I updated the master pc and 5 other pcs, the unupdated pcs are running version number 4.9.8.0 , they don't have these problem.
